Hi! My Name is Nikita
I am an Influence and persuasion researcher and founder of InfluentiaLab.

I started my journey in 2014 as a content creator and grew my YouTube channel to 950 000 subscribers. In 2020, I launched my consulting business, where I worked with over 500 people and helped them build their personal brands, become more influential, and attract business opportunities.

Over 12 years, I studied influence and persuasion through multiple lenses: from ancient rhetoric by Aristotle, to modern social psychology.

I've systemized everything I learned into actionable, evidence-based frameworks that help professionals ethically influence people, so they can boost their impact, career, and income.
